to read Divergent

I was inspired to read Divergent by Veronica Roth (the first in a series of three) because of the excitement I have witnessed in our local youth regarding reading.  Although most enjoyed The Hunger Games, most young people say this is more exciting to read.

I read the first half the first day.

I finally finished my closet organization starting with organizing my hanging clothes in "rainbow order"... starting with the shortest to longest sleeve per color.  One week after I completed the job, I have kept my closet organized.

Kohl's was a great source for the Laura Ashley boxes and Target was my resource for the stackable hangers for both shirts and pants.

to adopt and train a therapy dog

I adopted my golden retriever mix, Ruby Tuesday almost a year ago.  She had heartworm disease and needed TLC.  After her recovery, we started training for the Good Canine Citizenship Test at Petsmart. Shauna was the trainer we used and I highly recommend her if you live in the Knoxville area.

I searched for 3 months to find just the right dog who wanted a job as a therapy dog.

Next Ruby Tuesday was evaluated at HABIT at the University of Tennessee and she visits Clarity Pointe each week.  She loves her job!
